  Went in with a warranty issue. Marlo, the manager, didn't file the paperwork in a timely manner. When I called from my home phone it went to the voicemail, i immediately called from my cell phone and she picked up. When I confronted her about it, she denied it. The third party they used said they had just submitted the paperwork even though they had it for 8 weeks. Just all around terrible service, anything to get you in but then if you have a problem, they won't do anything. Find somewhere else to buy your mattress
