  I went there three weeks ago and it was a good experience, the manager is nice and he'll help you find something on the range of price your looking for.

  I was so impressed with Peter Van Barneveld at the West Islip location. He has a fabulous way of knowing his merchandise without being the typical annoying salesman that talks nonsense and tries too hard. Peter was also patient enough to give me time to make my own decision. I usually walk away from salespeople but Peter was fantastic to speak with. He is well spoken, honest, knowledgeable, and funny. I never recommend salespeople, but will definitely remember Peter Van Barneveld for recommendations. That was a good shopping experience!!

  Went to the store today for my 3 year old daughter. The manager Phil was amazing. He took his time and helped me stay in budget.. He went above and beyond and i definitely will go back for any future purchases

  My fiancee and I visited Mattress Firm a few days ago with no intention of making a purchase. We had just started our search and we were just hoping to gain a little bit of knowledge and start heading in the right direction. Peter helped us out and we were blown away with how wonderful he was. He was not at all pushy and even asked up if we wanted some time to ourselves. He understood we just wanted information and he spent at least 30 minutes educating us on our selection and guiding us along the way. When we left the store without making a purchase he did not pressure us or make us feel guilty for not being ready, he just offered us his personal number in case we should have any questions in the future. We had such a good experience we traveled all the way back to the same location a few days later to make our purchase (passing 5 other Mattress Firm's along the way!). We just honestly felt we were in the best hands with Peter and the process was so simple and easy. We can't recommend Peter enough!!!!

  My wife and I went to Mattress Firm in West Islip and bought a king size mattress from Phil. He was extremely easy to deal with and very accommodating. He was not pushy or annoying in any way. He made the purchase seamless and easy. We are very happy with our experience with Phil. He’s a great guy and kept us informed with his knowledge of all the products they offer at Mattress Firm. He truly assisted us in picking the right mattress for our sleep and budget needs.
