  Kathy was AMAZING!! She answered every single question I had (and they were numerous). She was honest about the pricing and differences and worked with us as we laid on just about every bed. I would recommend this store 100x over. Kathy was not only knowledgeable, but also very nice! I'd visit just to say hello. Bought a Sleepys Cool and loving it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Kathy at mattress firm Springfield Gardens is an absolute delight. She is super friendly and funny and she didn’t try to pressure you into a sale. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable about the products available in store and other locations. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to go to mattress firm especially if Kathy is working.
