  Joe was extremely helpful. Patiently assisted me with my purchase and answered all my questions. Explained everything I needed to know about both the mattress and the adjustable platform base in great detail. Promised the best price and came through on that. Definitely recommend buying a bed here for the price and the wonderful service.

  Great customer service. Stand by their 100 day trial. Easily exchanged our too firm mattress with next day delivery. Salesman Al was helpful knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

  Could not be more impressed and excited to purchase a mattress from this store. Nick was extremely attentive and mindful about what I was looking for and educated me on options. I have been telling everyone to come here for any future purchases! Not to mention the delivery service was seamless and so helpful- they were beyond friendly too. Easily would give my experience at Mattress Firm 10/10 all around!
