  Ok! This is my SECOND review for mattress firm! My first experience was excellent! The representative was very pleasant and helpful! However! My second experience was NOT! After only 3 months of having the mattress I began to experience back pains. So I contacted the store and the MANAGER along with a store representative explained that I could exchange/upgrade the mattress for only $40, which I agreed. However, what they forgot to explain (until the point where the delivery men were in my home trying to swap out the old mattress) is the stipulations of exchanging/upgrading any mattress. Which should have been explained ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE!!!!! Both the MANAGER and store representative brushed off my concerns and giggled at the fact that I was questioning them in regard to the issue. They BOTH even went further and said “It was NOT they’re responsibility to explain any type of “stipulations”. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE!!!!

  I walked in not expecting to buy anything today and just wanted to see what they offered. Birama and Vanna were so welcoming and helpful. I started by testing out which mattress firmness I wanted then we discussed my price point and went from there. I ended up getting a great mattress at a great deal! I would definitely recommend using this store to anyone!

  I walked in not knowing what to expect! I was able to speak to the sales representative and have him understand what I was seeking in my new purchase. I was not rushed or felt force to make a decision right away. I am pleased with deal and professionalism that the staff presented to me. I feel I have gotten a great deal and would sent other customers to Mattress Firm at Pentagon Center.

  Mattress shopping sucks, but it sucked way, way less here than anywhere else. The store is nice, clean, and spacious and they have a pretty big selection. Most mattresses are maybe in the $2000 and up, but I don't think the place where you sleep is the place to skimp on. We worked with Eric to get a mattress that is great, $38 above our price point, and will be delivered soon. All in all, great experience working with him. He was super knowledgeable and went the extra mile to show us the difference between the models available, which we super appreciated.
