  Sales rep Tariq Mayo was very helpful in understanding and making a great recommendation based on my significant other and my needs. He described the difference between soft medium and firm mattresses & helped us come to make a great decision. We visited the store a few times and each time he was patient and informative. Finally we picked the perfect mattress for us to take home and he made sure the process was fast and efficient. We discussed our budget and he stood within the budget and explained to us the few payment methods that were available to us. He gave us a great deal and even threw in some sheets and pillows. Tariq’s customer service was beyond exceptional. And he’s been recommended a few times since our purchase. Delivery came when expected and the delivery team was gentle, polite, and literally in & out. I had a great experience with this Mattress Firm!!

  Tariq Mayo was absolutely excellent. Kind courteous and knowledgeable. Great deals with amazing warranties. Great to come into the store and find amazing prices for comfortable mattresses. The high quality of service was the icing. Sleep is essential to better days and so I'm glad I found you. Excellent service and excellent options.   Jomo was a pleasure to work with! He listened to what I was looking for and was very patient (I tried out almost half the mattresses in the store!). I ended up spending more than what I budgeted for, but I still feel like I got a good deal.
