  Never had a more easy going experience making such an important purchase. The manager audee was attentive and listened to mine and my partners concerns and gave us options that worked for us. He was even available after our purchase when we had questions. Overall great experience and I highly recommend this mattress firm to anyone looking to purchase a mattress.

  I went to store to get a new mattress to replace my 16 years old one. I have to say, the experience was absolutely great. I got mattress last year, but it was for guest room. Great, but I slept on it only 2 times, since its for our guests. This time I got king size mattress for myself. The sales person- Asad, was very nice. He did listen to all of my concerns and needs. We did spend good 45 minutes in store, tried many mattresses and he always asked questions, comparison to others I did tried. I never felt pressured to make a deal. At the end I got mattress that fits my needs. Thank you for such an great advice, pleasant experience and superb customer service. You will be highly recommended :-)

  The customer service at this location is impeccable! We were able to take our time and try as many mattresses as was necessary. Audi was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the materials used and the benefits of each one. We also walked out with new memory foam pillows and a cover to protect our investment.

  Shopping for a mattress here is worst then shopping for a car in a use car lot. Very little knowledge and lots of salesman pushiness.
