  Where do I even begin? Firstly I would like to say that my experience was the BEST customer service I've ever received in my life. Not only was Richard very knowledgeable about the mattresses and any other questions but he was also very comfortable and easy to talk to when it came to our personal needs for sleeping. He gave us a great deal while at the same time giving us exactly what we were wanting. I highly HIGHLY recommend this particular mattress firm store.

  I was in town visiting and needed something quick. Richard Cremo set me up fast, no haggle, and even shipped my bed back to Houston for free! Amazing guy, service, everything. Give this man a raise!
