  Purchasing my mattress from Mattress Firm was one of the best investments I've made in a long time. My purchasing experience began with Zaheer Yassin, who in spite of the many questions I asked always had full knowledge of the mattress I eventually and base I eventually purchased. Secondly, I was besides myself (because I didn't read my manual) when my base stopped working. I called Mattress Firm and spoke with Jessica, she had a soothing approach to my hysterics and gently guided me on how to reset the base. I was so grateful I told Jessica how much I loved her and we both laughed, knowing that I could now rest easy (literally)....Thank you Mattress Firm for your excellence in customer service and knowledge of your products.   I was shopping around for a mattress and stopped by the location on 810 Lexington Avenue on a Tuesday evening. Zaheer was both knowledgeable and informative about the mattresses and helped me to choose a mattress that I LOVED and in my budget. I stopped by later that week (on Friday) and placed the order. They arrived Sunday afternoon. I was impressed with the service, prices as well as the quick and efficient delivery guys. I would definitely recommend this location to my friend. Thanks again.
