  I worked with Robert, the stores manager. He was very patient with me and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect hybrid Beautyrest mattress on an adjustable base, I'm super excited! Definitely recommend Robert!!!

  Not very helpful had to ask the person to help he acted like it was a bother to get off of the computer unfortunately I bought a bed and had to return it cuz it was not comfortable will not go back

  We have had a rough several months with a Sleep Experts Warranty issue. Robert was patient and helpful. He made a bad situation much better. We are thankful for his help and excellent service.

  Visited all 3 mattress store in lake worth today. Fortunately found Chauncey at this location. Please save your time and sanity ONLY DEAL WITH CHAUNCEY. The other stores (Sleep Experts Lake worth and the other Matress Firm by best buy) lack customer service and general respect for a customer trying to make certain they were getting the best bargin on a $6000 dollar purchase. Including mocking telling us we were wrong and tell us not to write a review. Then calling the other stores in the area making sure we didn't get the price any lower. Luckily Chauncey does not subscribe to these childish games and truly want to make the customer happy...
