  I needed to exchange my mattress. Roger was awesome..a great salesman..He knows his product and was more happy to help me make the exchange. Extremely satisfied with Mattress Firm...I highly recommend Roger in Lake Grove.There are local stores near me but I went out of my way because of his customer service.

  Went here to buy a twin bed for an 8 year old child. Upon walking in my husband and I were greeted by a friendly salesman who unfortunately, off the bat, tried to sell us a 600 dollar bed. A little off putting, as we had stated how much we were looking to spend when we initially walked in. They were running a special that with the purchase of any mattress, you get a free box spring, so that was enough of a selling point for us to stay and find a great bed in our price range. Delivery to the store was free, but when my husband went to pick it up, it was delivered to another store. Instead of waiting for it to be shipped to where we were, he chose to drive and get it. The metal bed frame was an additional 30 dollars, which seemed reasonable, so we opted to include that in our purchase. All in all, a good experience. The child loves their new bed and we will be going back when it's time for us to purchase our new bed.

  My wife and I easily spent over an hour, maybe even two, trying out many beds, multiple times each. The store manager, Tom, was very friendly, patient, and unobtrusive that whole time while still being very helpful in guiding us from one mattress to the next depending on our reaction to the previous mattress. In fact, I went to the store on two different days because my wife wasn't with me the first time; Tom didn't try any high pressure sales tactics when I walked out without a mattress that first time, which I appreciated. The mattress was delivered two days after we purchased it (it could've been the next day but we were busy that day) and everything went smoothly and we're happily sleeping on our new bed. I would definitely recommend working with Tom at this Mattress Firm location to anyone looking for mattresses.

  Tom the manager was so helpful and friendly. He wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered without following us around the store and pushing us to buy something just to make a sale. He was there when we needed him and was in no way an overbearing sales person. That's not something you see very often. He made buying a new bed a really simple and enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend this location!

  I went to this location and the manager Tom was great. He helped us with everything we needed and had a relaxed feel to his service. He gave us space and time to shop without being pushy. The store itself had a great selection and just overall a wonderful experience. And Tom made us feel better about spending the money for a new bed. Would recommend greatly
