  I needed to buy a bed after my old bed died after 13 years. It was a quick death when I realized I could not sleep on it in any position for about a week. My salesperson was Ray and he was super knowledgeable, patient, easy going with no sales pressure or hook. He makes suggestions and allows you to determine what is the best fit. When I decided I wanted to change beds, he was super easy-going and patient with the return and focused on making sure I was getting the best deal and he took time to show me exactly what he was doing. Definitely coming back when I am ready for my more long term bed as I only purchased an interim bed for unrelated reasons.

  I had a fantastic experience at this store thanks to Priscilla. I was very unsure of what mattress to get and spent a long time trying mattresses here and at other stores and Priscilla never once pushed me. She was knowledgeable and helpful, providing honest feedback. I had the opportunity to observe her helping others and was impressed with how warm, helpful, and professional she was with every customer. That is what made me go back to her and buy a mattress here! When, as sometimes happens with these things, everything went wrong with my delivery, Priscilla was on top of it and continued to be very professional and helpful. She is a rare customer service professional who will do what it takes to help her customers have the best experience possible. I'm very grateful for her!

  At first I was like, what? Mattress Firm? I'm really not trying to go with some no frills store from around the way. However, the customer service, return policy and delivery within 3 days of purchase changed my mind. Hampton & Rhodes Mattress HR 400 cushion firm is as comfortable as it was in the store. Priscella specifically was professional and straightforward. She answered my questions, offered some options yet didn't try to oversell other items. Priscella was the kind of salesperson that conveys warmth while keeping it real, I lucked out.

  Priscilla Priscilla Priscilla. She's wonderful. She was extremely helpful not only in how knowledgeable she is in the items she is selling, but in saving me money. She gave me a few discounts that really made everything I purchased worth it. The store has a great selection of mattresses and mattress additions. Well done.

  Such a great experience here! Which is weird to say about buying a mattress I know, but Priscilla really took care of us and made sure we were getting the mattress that suited us best. We were in the store yesterday and the mattress & box spring were delivered today. I can't recommend this location enough if you are looking for a mattress or even a pillow, because I am super picky about pillows and she suggested one I am now in love with. Thank you for everything!
