  It was excellent to deal with Debbie, she helped me and my wife find the best bed. Neil was amazing as well. Amazing with pricing and they know how to truly get you in the bed that truly works for you. So happy. They have a customer for life.

  Debbie was super fun and friendly. She made us feel really comfortable and walked us through every step in making the best decision for us. She presented all our options and respected our budget.   I went to Mattress Firm for a bed. I’m very happy with the service I received a the store today. Neil K at the Commack store was phenomenal!!!! Very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store. Very patient and I didn’t feel rushed. Very satisfied!!!

  Debbie helped me - she was so attentive, kind, and thorough! She wasn’t trying to just sell a mattress but make sure I left happy. Neil was awesome too.

  My boyfriend and I were shopping for a new mattress, and Matress Firm was our first stop and we were helped by Devin. Wow, what an amazing guy, not only did he educate us on the different types of mattresses but he listened to our needs and wants. He took his time, he didn’t pressure us and our transaction was pleasant and professional. Thank you so much, we are so happy and satisfied with our new mattress. Great job!
