  Wish I was able to give 0 stars. Don't waste your time shopping here! Bought a mattress from them and they gave us a 6 hour time frame of when they will deliver. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of don't even wait that long for PSE&G! They said they would call us the night before with a smaller time frame. Never got a call, waited to call in the morning they said I would get a call around 12. Never got a call it's 230 and still waiting for an answer as to when they will be here. Just called the store again and they don't have an answer. So not only do I have to wait for 6 hour time frame for delivery I also have wasted the rest of my time waiting for a phone call! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!

  WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A MATTRESS!!! My son went there to get a mattress set for my granddaughter the employee there sold him a set that the mattress was shorter than the box spring. Then said if we returned the set we would have to pay $150.00. I am about to call the BBB and file a complaint about this problem.. DONT BUY ANYTHING AT SLEEPYS!!!!!!

  Worst salesman ship. Went to buy a firm mattress and said so to the salesman who was busy doing something on his computer. He said they are all around the place and we somehow have to figure out which ones are the firm ones. Not sure what his job there was.
