How businesses don't work is by talking down to customers and treating them like they are stupid. We're looking very forward to purchasing our mattress elsewhere. You should too.

::I had an amazing experience buying my daughter her “big girl bed!” Andrew was the kindest sales expert I’ve encountered in quite some time! Not only did he find us the right mattress and helped us stay under budget but he was also friendly throughout the entire process. When I came in the last day to finalize our purchase, I happened to have my overly sleepy three year old with me. Andrew was so kind to her and spent time including her in the process- asking her questions and being extremely patient. The mattress purchase was great but the little things like that are going the extra mile. It was greatly appreciated and we will shop here again!

::Tried to purchase an $90 foam mattress for use in a camper. The area has a curve to it so wanted to pick it up, see if it fits and return it within 90 minutes if it wouldn't work. Mattress Firm was going to charge me $79.95 for a return trucking fee even though I never even made the bed up and never used delivery service. Free 120 night guarantee is certainly misleading. With that kind of "service" I will never buy a mattress there when I need an expensive one. It's all in the customer service.
