::Though the salesman was nice and helpful, the mattress (their in-house brand) was not the correct dimensions - not the wrong size (full versus queen) but rather a queen that was not actually the correct dimensions of a queen. We didn't like the mattress and decided to return it, which was a nightmare process. You can ONLY return through the store at which you purchased (insane for a large chain), and as soon as you tell them on the phone that you want to return, they tell you that they are busy with a customer and will call you back but never do. For more reasonable customer service, go elsewhere.

Derek made my experience easy and painless. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. I found a perfect mattress. Derek even asked about a box spring to fit up my trinity stairs, asked about my floor type for the delivery, and included free delivery in my purchase. ::This store is excellent. We went in with a lot of questions and the sales rep. was well knowledge and answered all of them. She also searched for a better deal on the box spring from their clearance location. She was thorough with explaining everything about our sale and our options if we did not like the mattress.
