  Great school. My son has been attending this school for the past 2 years and he's improved tremendously thanks to the dedication the staff has with my son. I greatly appreciate it.

  Thompson Academy (1812-1975) on Thompson Island once supplied Mather Shool with farm products and hay for horses. Who supplies Mather with its fresh eggs, milk, cream, chicken, pork, and beef nowadays! Uncle Sam wouldn't know a farm plow from a snow plow! The Bennet Street School (in the North End) used to supply Mather with its desks and chairs, too. Mather had good friends!

  Best BPS Elementary School in Boston I know of. Great staff, educators, programs for students and siblings. As well as an active parent council. WONDERFUL SCHOOL!!!

  I loved the mather and now I go to a new school l will miss ms.cox as the principal go to boks it super fun it's a morning program
