::Couldn't agree more! I worked at this company for nearly 3 years when I had to resign because of merciless bullying by the President, Dr. Loutfy. He is this way to all his employees, yelling at them and trying to make them feel small because he proposes things to his government contractors and then uses money from one to pay for another, never truly doing what he proposes and hoping he'll still keep receiving contracts to keep the company afloat. This company only runs on its good name, never really on inventive ideas. They are constantly receiving Phase I and a few Phase II contracts, but never do they get to Phase III, which is supposed to the goal of these government contracts, to develop something that is actually worthwhile of the money invested! No wonder our government is over budget all the time if they employ other horrible companies like this one that never produce only "research"! Where is the "D"? You should develop SOMETHING!

::I was relocated here from the east coast with the hopes that everything about this company that was portrayed in my interview was true... Sadly and very expensively I WAS MISTAKEN. If you wish to comply with security protocol for government agencies, I suggest you explore the activities before hand and maybe give this place a 48 hour trial phase... The company certifies many things during proposal phases in which they do not comply; leaving administrative staff and scientists hoping for the best and hoping no one gets caught... Admin staff is pleasant.. in the front office... Although, the management is micromanaged and managed microscopically... If that makes sense to you... The company is being invested in for their technologies to be commercialized and the fact that the CEO/President(s) are 80 and 75 do not give comfort for longevity of the company.
