  Great customer service! This company goes out of their way to help out their customers. I pre-ordered a bag from the website but the manufacturer delayed the shipment which wasn't Material Girl's fault and the owner, Scott, kept in constant communication with me and I ended up getting my bag before I expected! With free shipping and price matching, what can make a company even better? Material Girl figured out how; with thier amazing customer service! One of the best companies to do business with in my book!
