  Horrible business horrible customer service I will never do business with these guys again. They installed our air condition in our brand new home. A year later our a/c goes out they tell us because another company told us about the leak we had then our warranty is not valid. The lady I spoke to Tara was really rude and wouldn't let me speak with the owner Matt to discuss the options we had going forward. Even though our a/c has a 10/year warranty.

  I have been doing business with Matco Heat & Air for longer than I can remember! They have installed new units in my home as well as a commercial business. I have always found their pricing to be fair, their recommendations based on what's needed and their workmanship excellent. Whenever I've needed any service, they've made every effort to respond in a timely manner, kept me informed of any delays and tried to address the problem on the initial visit. Their work isn't done until the customer is satisfied. Anytime I can suggest Matco Heat & Air to a friend or neighbor, I do it with no hesitation knowing this local company will take care of others exactly as they've taken care of me!
