  We buy smoothies here twice a week, I make smoothies at home daily. Today my child ordered the same smoothie as always. I noticed she wasn’t drinking it after 15 minutes .. debated if it was the wrong order she grabbed. I normally don’t complain or bother but decided to approach the cashier and ask 30 minutes after we got it and my daughter still refused to drink it. They were rude and said it’s been an hour and smoothies become liquid after a while. I tried to explain it’s been this way since the beginning and my daughter has not been drinking or enjoying it as always. Asked to exchange for an iced tea from the fridge, they refused and couldn’t do that. Instead of acknowledging that the smoothie is too fluid and looks like juice with foam and just accommodate the customers request they chose to ignore. Too bad and too typical for this area still unfortunately. I ended paying another 3.75 for iced tea Ridiculous customer service experience
