  Reducing to a single star up from 5 stars. Vivian promised 4 units at $48 each to be delivered within one week. Countless phone calls and 5 weeks later, I have nothing but a $839 charge on my Visa. My project is already over. I am trying to undo the charge with little luck. I posted the initial 5-star review because she asked me pretty hard while taking the order. It was a mistake. --- Vivian was very helpful. She processed my special order that required some research. She got me exactly what I needed within the time frame I needed it and got me some savings along the way, too.

  Staff is very helpful. They have a great selection of building supplies and tools. This is the only place around Seattle that I am aware of where you can purchase Schluter products.

  Went to buy Schluler bathroom products. The old system is 16 steps versus the Schluler system that is three steps. The saleswoman was quite knowledgeable and quickly pointed us to all of the products that we would need to do the job. There is even a place in the store to buy broken bags of mortar at deeply discounted prices. I would definitely return to by other products.
