  Dolores has always met my requests for fire extinguishers with a great attitude and a professional level of service. The crew always shows up on time and helps with loading and unloading products. I have used this company for several events and they have always been excellent to work with.

  Prices are very affordable and the professionalism in that company is excellent. Jessie Guzman was my account manager she helped me with everything i needed to open my business. Very good employee with excellent people skills . I highly recommend this place to anyone .

  Shout out to Nickie, I finally have a ally in the fire prevention business. I own four restaurants in NYC. To comply with state laws I have my restaurants inspected several times a year. Generally it’s like going to an auto mechanic, they tell you something is wrong and charge a ton to correct it. Tough to know who’s being honest. I’ve used most of the licensed companies in the city, and always felt cheated, until now. Master Fire has a team of well informed technicians who take the time to walk you through the process.   Today I had a complete Kitchen Hood & fire suppression system installed by Master Fire Prevention Systems. I thought that this process would be a nightmare considering how many Laws and villages codes there are to follow. But Master Fire was very profession, detailed, and the total project price was very competitive. Carol Pena Martinez was the key to making this process stress free. She came up with detail architectural plans for my landlord, worked with the village to acquire a permit, and even gave details instructions to my electrician. Her attention to details and what needed to be done helped make a smooth and successful installation, Thank you Carol and the entire Master Fire Team for all your help.

  I’m a sommelier and remember working at a high profile event (it was at a grand opening for a restaurant near Lincoln Center). I’ll never forget watching the balloon testing in the kitchen and how the suppression system worked. Good to know these things exist to keep people safe. It was impressive. All the owners and managers were very pleased. I just remember thinking I hope it works so that the event could go forward and it did. The name of the company was Master Fire Prevention.
