  I've been working with Guy Massi for over a year. He is always professional and extremely knowledable. I would highly recommend both Massi and Machado for sports conditioning and rehab needs.

  My life would simply not be the same without Massi-Machado Strength & Conditioning. I had scoliosis surgery at age 15 and since then I’ve been to a variety of specialists who worked to give me the opportunity to experience a sense of pain-free lifestyle. However, I had a difficult time achieving this. I have been training with Craig for about two years now. He has been extremely dedicated to not only helping me get stronger physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Craig has made such a difference in my life, I look at him like family now. Him and Guy are both devoted, caring, personable, and extremely knowledgeable professionals. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and commitment to helping me improve my overall well-being!

  Absolutely love these guys and this place. They go above and beyond with new cutting edge training techniques to help us athletes prepare for our season. The atmosphere in the gym is electric and they will always be there to push you to meet and exceed your goals. I have made great friendships since coming to M&M. These guys are like family to me. I can't thank them enough for they have made me an all around better athlete and human.
