  Mass General has the best staff, doctors, nurses and child life specialists. My son received the most respectful care from the medical staff. We were included in all aspects of his care before, during and after surgery and while in hospital for several days.

  DO NOT COME HERE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Go to boston childrens hospital if you want HIGH QUALITY care. I have never seen such unprofessional doctors in my life. And i have been to many. I myself have been to the urology and allergy/immunology departments, and the doctors there are just horrible.

  I will not recommend the pediatric GI practice to anyone. If your child is ill with a GI condition, go elsewhere. The doctors do not communicate, return phone calls and do not respect their patient or patient's family. My son's pediatrician recommended this practice and was seen by 2 doctors. One ruled out a major illness while the other wanted to pursue it. I am troubled at the lack of caring and lack of attention relative to my son's condition. This is an unprofessional practice where one doctor makes a diagnosis while another disagrees with it. Stay away!

  They have done everything possible to make the place feel comfortable for the kids. Top notch doctors and staff. Parking is basically part of the building (limited validation) May you never have to be there but if you do and have the option, you should strongly consider this place.
