  Ryan is the therapist to visit. He really tells you that is YOUR massage and asks for feedback. If you have trouble spots that need some extra attention and work, he will work out all the knots.

  Wanted only 3 massages. PAID IN FULL. Only used 1. Went for second and was being refused.... Was told I had to send in a notice to cancel. I only wanted 3. I had to buy another one to get the two I already PAID FOR. I told them to keep my 2 PAID FOR messages and I won't be back. NO I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THEM!!!!! If I could give less than one I would.

  I don't ever write reviews of places, but they earned it. Five stars, ten stars, all the stars! My first appointment with them was a disaster. I booked a couples' massage the day of, and my fiance wound up not making it due to work issues. Since we were new customers, they waived the day-of cancellation fee. And, during my massage, my phone kept blowing up due to MORE work issues. I cut it short, because it I was being a terrible client, and they gave me a credit for an "elevation" since I left early, even though it was no fault of their own. Amazing customer service, and my massage therapist was amazing. (I wish I remembered her name!) I got a membership immediately.

  We've gone for couples massages a couple times and have had a great experience each time. The reception staff is friendly and professional and the massage staff that we've worked with were equally so and gave great massages. Prices are very reasonable for quality massages in Houston.
