  I've been 2x already, they have great prices and amazing staff and customer service. I will be coming every 2 weeks, it's definitely worth the money to stay relaxed and get personalized attention. And amazing massages to relax sore muscles.

  Not only was the clerk acting extremely "fake happy" but that completely changed when I left a sh#$y tip because my massage ended early. As well it wasn't done right....I'm use to other M.E spas applying warm towels to relax the muscles etc. It also felt rushed.

  Front desk staff is always professional. Massage therapist are great. My favorite massage therapist is Joey. He's excellent!

  The staff will be nice until you sign up for a subscription. Once a subscription is made, contrary to their advertisements, they do not have flexible schedules. Only two massage therapists are good, the others are less than average. A 1 hour service is supposed to be 50 minutes massage session customized to your area of concern and they make a whole show of filling forms every time but do the same thing each time. They sell you products without telling that you have to return it within 7 days. They put up a sign after I insisted to return but did not return my $400 for products I took back after 10 days in unopened condition. You cannot terminate contract before 1 year if you don't like service, so as soon as 1 year was up I terminated contract. When I gave notice of termination, the front desk associate told me that I had 60 days from date of termination to use my remaining 2.5 hours of service. When I went to schedule these leftover (already heavily paid for) sessions, they lied to my face that I had no more hours of service left. Since, I was fed of their service, I just let it pass. Overall a complete scam and unprofessional rip off.
