  Her technique is firm in touch, which is helpful when your joints are tight. I have tried mostly every version, but I prefer the myofacial medical massages. My only complaint is that she's always late to her own appointments, and or forgets about the appt. Scheduling recently has been challenging, no availability on the days/time I needed. She does offer a discount rate for most insurance companies.
