::I continue to receive invoices for a policy I did not renew and for a house I no longer own. I sold the house before my last policy ended which was already fully paid. I just received another letter claiming the renewed policy was "canceled due to non-payment" and that I owe a balance for the first month (a period during which I did not own the property). The letter also threatens to send it to collections if I did not pay this balance, for supposed coverage for a property that I have not owned for a while now. I don't believe legally I'm responsible for insurance expense for a property I don't own, especially when I did not renew the policy after I sold the house.

::No attempt at costumer service. Claimed to not receive renewal payment, while mortgage company disbursed payment from escrow a week before. The man on the phone was rude and unprofessional. When I called back, the woman was courteous, but not helpful. If this is the experience just to renew a policy, I shudder to think what it would be if a claim was involved.

::Called customer service and talked with Joe, he was rude, and not helpful at all, and passed my issues off as "not his problem." I really wish I didn't have to deal with this MFP at all. Joe just confirmed that.

::This agency must be State run begun the drone I spoke with (Joe) was lazy, unhelpful and basically was in a hurry to get back to his coffee break. If you can somehow avoid using them, do so at all cost.
