  Honestly I chose this place only because it was in the same city my grandma lives in, I bought floweres from them before and I’ve never had a problem . I’m not sure what changed this year , when I called to ask about some items on their website, not only did the telephone ring for a long time but when they answered the woman was very rude and loud and didn’t even let me finish asking about the items I saw online , she just said rudely how they don’t have everything online like they do instore and told me that’s why they give options. Ok no biggie so I placed an order for schedualed delivery in the next two days and not only do they not send you any type of delivery confirmation but those flowers I bought for my grandma didn’t even look like the pictures online , the flowers were almost dead and the way it was put together it was horrible like woah , customers like myself pay good money for some beautiful flowers only for them to look like I bought them at some cheap grocery store. Never again. I felt bad for my grandma to be honest but honestly they won’t be getting my business any more.

  Customer service is awful. Spoke with Gwen who was rude. Delivery driver called me 4 times back to back 4 times while I was sleeping, for directions. When I spoke to Gwen about it she said he didn’t have a GPS! Quality of flowers is equal to Kroger. I’ll stick with Rachel’s and educated the sender to do the same!!!

  Mason's was chosen based solely on its location to the delivery site. If an arrangement on the website is out of stock, there needs to be a "temporarily unavailable" ribbon displaying such. I've had horrid experiences with substitions from other florists, so that will never be an option.

  Highly disappointed. I chose this place because it's close to where I work and I had something delivered to my friend whose mother passed away. Quality of arrangement is awful, it looks like it was just thrown together. Plants in the basket aren't potted, and there's no way for her to even water them because the basket isn't even lined. No blooms on rose bush and some of the blooms on the azalea look dead. Delivery should have been faster in my opinion. It was ordered online the day before and didn't deliver until after 3pm the next day, which would have been fine had the arrangement looked better. And I've called several times and the phone just rings and rings. Will NEVER use them again.
