::Was staying at the hotel so I decided to order a drink. My tab came it was 24$ put my card in to pay, but when it came back I was charged 38$. I asked what happen the bar keep didn't know, and couldn't track a manager down to reverse the charge. Then she say she can, which seemed odd considering there was still only her. Trusting she found a way to refund I give her my card again. She just re rings me for the original 24$. I ask her for a refund receipt and she tells me it doesn't print them. Sketchy I check my account the next day, Turns out I've now paid 62$ for my cocktail. I've tried the restraunt on at least 3 occasions to reverse the charges.. They've said ok it may take a day, when the charges weren't removed or refunded I called back and I'm told they'll look into and get back to me.. Over a week later and nothing. They robbed me.

::First, the wait staff really are trying to make the best of a bad situation. They really did seem to care about our experience, but they did not appear to be trained to provide the experience that you would expect of a location nestled in what is one of San Francisco’s best hotels. The food is just plain awful. We witnessed are 3 different travelers around us complain about the food quality. The manager tried to compensate for this, but there is no getting around it. I highly suggest that ownership look at MaSo and the effect it is having on the Park Central brand before it erodes beyond its current state.

::One word: : WOW. Great staff, service, excellent views from the guest rooms with floor to ceiling windows. Concierge staff are available to help you - even remotely, before your visit - with any needs or questions. Love it!
