  Great experience. Showed up on time and did exactly what they were supposed to do. My wife was happy with there service and I was happy with the invoice. I asked the company to wear shoe coverings over there feet and they happily obliged. Other companies indicated that they wouldn't wear shoe coverings over there feet.

  I am a designer/contractor have used these folks a number of number of times to take care of carpet fixes and upgrades on luxury jobs in Georgetown, Arlington, and on other jobs around DC. They are prompt, courteous, careful, reliable, listen and communicate well, and always do quality work. I won't use anyone else for special carpet work. J.   So happy with this carpet repair. I had cat damage on four doorways and you literally can’t tell it’s been repaired. What a polite and knowledgeable man Will was and he gave me advice on where to take carpet from for least impact. Highly recommended your carpet will look like new

  Great job cleaning and removing the wrinkles in my carpet. I will be using them for all future cleanings.
