  The service here is relatively prompt. My issue with this pharmacy, however, is the lack of communication with patients re: their prescriptions. They accept digital prescriptions but if the transmission doesn't complete, you won't find out until you call to find out when to pick up your meds. Recently a prescription was sent over in the morning and when I called in the afternoon to find out pick up time, I was told they couldn't fill it because their contract with my insurer is pending. They knew that since it came in the morning but didn't call to tell me? Why would I have to call before they told me that vital information? By the time I found out, my doctor's office was closed and I had to wait through the weekend to resend to another pharmacy. Thankfully it's not life or death, but what if it was? Communicating clearly with patients would do a lot to foster trust with your neighborhood clientele.
