  Horrendous public transportation on the buses and the train with constant delays and technical malfunctions that are “not their fault”. Travel to any continent abroad and you’ll realize how outdated we are here. However it is slightly better than driving in the 9th worst traffic city in the entire world from recent studies. I know they won’t fix it and it’s bad enough for me to be the #1 reason I’m looking to either work in midtown where I’ve lived for 3 years or move to another city that spends on transportation. Btw yes I am ata Marta writing this waiting for half an hour again for a train. Hope you enjoyed my rant.

  I've lived here for almost 20 years and the bus system is dated back to the late nineties and so is the train system it is PATHETIC!!!! I come from a city with a third of the population of Atlanta and buses come every 10 to 15 minutes. There should be no way in the city of Atlanta that you should wait on a train for 12-20 minutes at a time on the weekend....it is Pitiful and Ridiculous. Marta is the true meaning of a backwards system and they DON'T Care about commuters that do not drive. On northbound stations they allow train doors to remain open longer than Eastbound, southbound stations and Westbound stations I have proof. I've traveled along all of those lines for a period of time and saw the DraStic difference and how customers are treated when it comes to missing trains that don't travel in sync with each other. This system is more than Degrading and more than backwards; it's annoying and LACKS empathy for the citizens that keep it running. They continue to raise the rates to travel but do not raise the quality or the frequency of how often trains and buses travel and it is CRAZY!!!. If you're from a city like Bridgeport Connecticut New York Chicago Detroit with more Progressive public transportation please do not come here if you do not have a car you will be Gravely disappointed!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH A TRASH SYSTEM and If Your On CCT it's Even Worst they work with Farta I Mean Marta but No working Buses on Sundays​ 😛 Atlanta has So MUCH MONEY They claim BUT they Have A POOR Transit System...Boo!!And Shame on You!!Oh and PS You Could die of heat stroke it's So HOT at Five Points Station!!!AMTRAK HELP... Please!!!

  You guys need to put up signs and let people know when route 51 is on detours this is bulls hit I stand at the bus stop after a long day at work and a bus never shows that is crazy

  On a Saturday we have to wait on a train for 20 minutes at Arts center. MARTA do something!!!
