  Small and poor selection they need more delivery s through out the week Never enough cashier's shelf s are always empty

  I am so happy they opened this store by me! Lots of great items for the home as well as great deals on clothes, shoes and accessories.

  Horrible horrible experience at this Shirley store. Management is not educated enough to hold the position. High school mentality from management then snickering and laughing at the customers expense. Not helpful and very poor customer service. I am shocked!

  I used to work here, the management is some of the worse management I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They're a snafu and simply not educated enough to hold their positions. The store is small, it does have a nice selection, but most people whom work there are clueless and please don't blame them, it's due to improper training. And for some freakish reason they never mop the floors in the back of the store. I never got that. And ANYINE WHO READS THIS, DONT GET A MARSHALLS CARD such a huge rip off. You spend 200 dollars and only get 10 back, the perks and unique stuff on the card isn't just for card holders, it applies to everyone. Its so pointless and a sad effort to get people to buy more things. Besides management and that weird dirty back floor, the store is great. Not too many men's pants though. I don't know what is up with that.

  LOVE this store! Major brand merchandise. Great prices. One downfall is the aisles of clothing are not spaced very far apart. Only 1 cart (if that) can fit inbetween. Makes shopping uncomfortable.
