  I never shop at high priced depsrtment stores and when i travel, i always look for Marshall's or TJ's cuz they slways have something I love! I do almost all of my gift shopping there too!!

  Marshalls is a great store to shop in. Name brands for great prices! I rate them 5/5!

  Waiting time in the line is very long regardless of number of people in line. I guess they increase the number of cashiers only when absolutely necessary.

  I have been shopping at Marshall’s for years. I bought a Guess purse and did not keep the receipt as it was the perfect color. I used it once and the clasp was faulty and my wallet and purse fell out. I brought it back. It was Brand new. Keith the manager of that store said I will give you $20.00 in store credit. He brought back a purse that looked nothing like my purse he could have at least found a guess. Little did he know I would have taken the in store credit of what I paid for the purse which was only $32.00 and probably spent $200. I won’t be back. I work in the service industry and this situation was handled poorly. The cashier should be the manager as she was polite.
