  Very disorganized store with limited inventory. It's convenient if you work downtown. But be prepared for a long wait... The check-out line is always very slow.

  Unorganized store and messy displays were definite negatives. Size availability is poor and it's a nightmare to find the two same sizes at the shoe department. The cashier looked worn out and wanted to be anywhere else but her job. You say a hello and absolutely no eye contact or smile.

  Typical department store, convenient to many offices and downtown DC. Decent selection, not all sizes normally available. However, take your time and you can find something in the size you are looking for. Convenient to restaurants and convenience stores in the surrounding area as well as a few hotels.

  Great prices on the suit, designer blazer and sock items I purchased. The cashier Linda and a female manager at night on Thursday was so friendly and helpful.
