  Certainly better than Ross's just in the fact items aren't strung out all across the store but it's not discounted products either so you get a different customer demographic. I go to these stores 1-2 times a year and cringe when I have to do that so there is better people to ask for a complete and fair review.

  I shop Marshalls often; I'm not from here and don't know the local norms. I was here right after Christmas and agree it seemed messy but think it had something to do with the shoppers not putting merch back if they changed their mind. The friendly staff struggled to keep up, restock, help people and keep the store clean. If anyone needs to pass on complaints, it's probably to corporate. As always, there's a lot of great stuff at Marshalls- the best of these types of stores. Overall I find Ross isn't worthwhile but I don't know about the one next door specifically.
