  The customer service sucks they are so rude never go here again the managers are so slow and rude too this is the close Marshall to me now I’m going drive further to better one

  The store was very clean and ALL the employees that were working were very nice and helpful. Not one of them didn't say "Hi " or * ask me if I needed help finding anything? " And when I went to check out even though there were a lot of people in line the lines moved very quickly. I would recommend this store !!!

  Selection in merchandise is good but the customer service from MOST employees is literal trash. I understand polices completely 100%; but when the employees take advantage of their customers and lie to them that's where I draw the line. I work in retail I know how it works I ALWAYS shop in marshalls, t.jmax, and home goods and in this specific location there is always a problem most staff always have an ugly attitude and don't help their customers as much as they could. I have more than 7 years coming to this location and today is my last day stepping foot in this location. Very disappointed.
