::A lot of selection. It's a bit or miss with the deals but overall this place a nice go-to to find brand items at affordable prices. Gets a bit crowded at times. Long line ups to the cashier. The bathroom though is a different experience itself. Let's just say if you can go somewhere else you're better off doing that.

::I was in Linden at the Marshall's location their and spotted a pair of Men's New Balance sneakers and they really caught my eye. Just my luck they didn't have my size so, I called the location in Kearny and spoke to a young lady. In which the young lady( Jessica) informed me that they not only had the sneaker but had my size, and that she would hold them for me. So I raced from Linden,NJ to KEARNY,NJ. Upon entering the store I went to the men's shoe department to see if the shoe was on the floor. The shoe was not, so I went to the counter thinking that the young lady was holding the shoe behind the counter. The manager (Marcia) then checked and the shoe is no where to be found. She then stated that the young lady Jessica was on break and she doesn't know where she put the shoe. I then asked if the manager can call the employee to see where she put the shoe. She walked off and came back and started that the employee didn't answer the phone. Would I be willing to wait around until she either calls back or comes back from break. To my surprise Jessica the employee walks into the store and the manager ( Marcia) and another employee walks over and starts talking to her. She then, the manager walks over and says oh so she misunderstood you. She thought you said a 9 and a half. At this point I am beyond pissed!!! How do you mix up a 9 with a 10. Either she didn't look and just told me yeah we have it or was so eager to go on break that she didn't care just told me anything to get off the phone. This is poor customer service and not very professional. Also the manager had a oh well attitude.
