  We stayed for 7 days and enjoyed ourselves. Our room was cleaned and beds made every day. Didn't have to worry about what we left in our room. They price is hard to beat here in New York. The room we were in didn't have a refrigerator or microwave but was very cozy and clean. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was because of the hot water in the shower. It would go too hot or too cold on it's own. Danny working the night shift and Chaisma working the day shift is what makes this place great. They are very friendly and respectful and willing to help at anytime. It was very nice meeting them and the rest of the staff. Will stay here again for sure.

  I wanted to love this hotel, I really did. The location is great, and the staff is friendly....except the night receptionist. She is horrible. First night, we didn’t have face towels and needed an extra blanket. Went to ask for them. She tells me that she needs to check and She’ll “call me”, then turns around to dismiss me. Went to my room, waited a while, gave up and took a shower. An hour later, I looked around for the phone only to realize, WE HAVE NO PHONE! How the heck was she supposed to call me?! Crazy experience.

  Не вернули залог 50 у.е , поэтому даже с учетом приятного обслуживания, на рисепшене, ставлю еденицу

  Нормальный отель за свою цену, без окон, но с вайфаем и всем необходимым. Зато сразу у входа в метро. Завтраков нет, но внизу есть старбакс. Персонал почти незаметен.
