  Never again!!!! I wanted to pay with my debit card he said only cash. I had to go across the street to the liquor store to the ATM and get charged fees. He should of told me before he washed it. Plus they charged me 22.50 and left my rims all dirty. Not worth it, I rather drive a couple miles to a better car wash.

  Hand wash. No machines or rollers👍. Manager/ owner is a very friendly person. Fast service even when busy.

  They scratched the hood of my car that is brand new trying to remove bird poop. I saw it when i got home called them they told me to bring it back after 6 when i get off work and was nobody there. I went another time they keep telling me to come back. The scratches are not deep so hopefully i can buff out but im done with splash and they are right around the corner from me. I will take the drive to go elsewhere. Also i paid for spray wax and they tried to get out of doing it. I had to make him and they half assed it. Finished with them!!!

  Didn't clean my mats properly and did not fully dry them, vacuum was done in 2.5 seconds. I know they were busy but for 15 dollars plus a 5 dollar tip I expected a better wash. The owner/ manager seems to be on his employees every 2 minutes but I don't think he is focus on the quality of work. He should be out there working with them when is busy. I went there just because I wanted to get a quick wash line took 20 minutes and they washed my car is 5 minutes half ass. I am sure they will make improvements going forward.
