  I was shocked when calling this company to inquire about pricing for firewood delivery. I asked what was offered as far as price and service and was hung up on. I have never encountered a company that operates this way and would be very wary about ever doing business with this company. I called back and the individual on the phone began screaming about my inquiry. The individual in the phone also threatened to sue me if I was to lodge a complaint about how the company did business. I am always worried doing business with anyone who would act in such a manner.
