  Dr. Emig is absolutely AMAZING! I have been a patient of his for almost 7 years now. He is very thorough, very knowledgeable, and explains everything to let you make an informed decision. He is such a great guy and ophthalmologist! I have Retinopathy with Macula Degeneration and have required multiple laser surgeries, 3 (about to have my 4th) vitrectomy, and for the last 5 years received injections in my eyes. He always strikes up a conversation prior to the injection (the last appointment was about our favorite books) to reduce the anxiety of the injection. Yes, there are times that you will wait for some time in the waiting room. This is because Dr Emig sees so many patients. Several times I've chatted with patients who've driven from Kansas, South Dakota, and Central Nebraska because he is the best at what he does. The staff at the Omaha and Council Bluffs locations are just as friendly and know the patients well. I won't trust my eyes to any other office!

  Terrible service. They canceled an appointment that my wife and I had but kept the other. With out telling us. And would squeeze us in after they messed up. I will not be doing business with any of there locations anymore! I would go else where. This isn't our first issue with them.
