  I really wanted to love this place. I was referred by a friend who said they do a $40 gel mani/pedi. I made an appointment a week in advance for myself and a friend. As we are on the way to the appt, the woman at the salon calls to say (without any apology) and rather rudely that they are running 30 min late for both of us. Not a good first impression considering we booked in advance for a reason and we had plans. When I explained we had booked the appt over a week ago, she says and I quote "It's 30 minutes, it's not that long". Coming from the customer service industry, I was appalled by her attitude and lack of respect. She actually hung up on me so I called back 3 times before getting an answer to let her know to please cancel our appointments. A man who answered picks up the phone and says "hello" (this is a business correct?) again, lack of professionalism... At this point I just want to clarify the name of the business because now I am upset. He says hold on because he does not know the name. He says he was confused because they had recently changed the name. Never an apology from anyone for the inconvenience. On the contrary, my friend and I felt like were were not wanted as clients. What a waste of time. I will continue to go to my guy at Venetian Nail spa for an extra $15 to get quality customer care and professionalism. Go here for the cheap prices but don't expect much as far as customer service. I don't predict they will stay open for very long. It's a shame.

  I've come here on several occassions within the past two years and I have to say I'm happy to have found them. They're really great and prices are fair.
