::Not a museum, really, just a small gallery of badly maintained costumes. It was interesting to see, but I would have been outraged if they had charged money for it. Most of the pictures posted to this location are actually from a larger museum down the road.

::"Museum" is a bit of a stretch. It is basically one room above a restaurant, with some dresses and costumes in glass displays and a bunch of photographs hanging on the wall. Yes it is a nice display, but it should not take you more than five minutes to complete your self-guided tour. 95% of the photos attached to this location are from a separate location called MARDI GRAD WORLD, which is down by the port and that is where you see all the floats are made and stored.
