::this place is closed in okc..... I drove for over an hour trying to find the place and called the number and was told wait time is less then 2 minutes after being on hold for over 10 minutes and then was treated rude on the phone and the parts are expensive. thank you

::Note on the door says they are “out visiting with customers” number listed on the note isn’t even in service. Main 1-800 number doesn’t even answer and the number listed for the OKC location on their website never got answered. How is this an actual business?

::They are a good company to purchase from if you go to the store front or purchase the part by phone. However, their warranty side is slow. I bought a part from them in 2013 and puchased the 11.00 replacement warranty. The part went out just over a week ago. I called one week ago to use the warranty which was a onetime replacement part. However, it has been a week and I have learned nothing regarding when (and if) the replacement part was shipped. From what I learned by calling yesterday (Monday), they will send the warranty request to another area which then requires about a 2 day turn around before the part is sent out (or something like that.) Anyway, it is a week without a dryer and no notification as to when the part will arrive. For convience sake, it would have been faster to have purchased a new part and have it shipped two days delivery. I have sinced learned, another online company carries the part at a reduced price and I could have had it in two days. (I cannot return to the local storefront because they are currently in the process of moving locations.) Again, the company is a good company. But if you buy the warranty on a part, do not get in a hurry if you have to take advantage of the warranty.

::Showed up at 4:15 on a Monday and they were closed. Not a holiday. Clearly stated open till 5 on door.

::No longer open on Saturday. Called the store and the automated message said the store was open but still transferred me to the call center where nobody ever picked up. Drove all the way to the store to find a hand written not that they are no longer open Saturday. I've normally had good service from them, but that is very annoying. If you are going to change your hours, that needs to be updated online or stated in the automated system when you call in.
