  As the saying goes "Caveat emptor." She is out to make money, not help your child. She makes false statements to help convince you that your child needs therapy. An example is that she stated a 3.5 year old should be able to write his/her name and be reading by age 4 if you live in NYC. She uses fancy jargon to confuse you, and to the unassuming parent, she can make you think something is wrong with your child when exactly opposite is true. She does not have basic knowledge about childhood milestones based on age. She is scatter brained and mixes up basic information that is needed when working with a child. Please have your child evaluated by more that one speech therapist.
