  Go to Marcel Cleaners if you want to donate your clothes. 1) 1 Silk shirt came back without the matching cufflinks - they removed it and never replaced them 2) 1 dark green Silk dress came back with blotches of white all over (it was not new and had been dry cleaned previously) 3) 1 Silk sweater came back shrunken (also not new and had never had shrunk before during dry cleaning - it also looked like it had been washed in a regular washing machine as the weave was shabby and pilling) One member of staff was a good listener; the other member of staff was rude and claimed that there were no problems with the pieces. Bottom Line: offered assistance, explanation, or reimbursement. $900 of clothing damaged. Never again.

  Brian is the best, he did my clothes well after I had a bad experience with another cleaners. He even helped me more than necessary without asking!

  2nd and last time ask for a rush and my clothes aren't here. They are only open 7-7 too so if you work downtown you are screwed.
