  Negative - This office is in the worst building. The elevator is a death trap! It’s dingy and dirty and all of the tables have rips. There is always random sketchy people there that are only there from car accidents or insurance referrals. Definitely not a family-based business. Positive - The support staff is always nice. There is a municipal parking lot across the street from the back entrance so not too far to walk. I would expect more from Dr Arnel considering he’s been in business a long time.
